Ordering Details
Our Three Wishes Exclusive Gift Collections contain alcohol and may only be ordered by and delivered to persons over the age of 18.
Orders can be placed with us online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but will only be delivered within business working hours 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Orders placed by phone or fax must be within our business hours.
Once an order has been placed with us a confirmation email will be sent to you. Upon processing and dispatch we will email you again to re confirm your order.
When completing your order please ensure that all details are correct. Inaccurate details may lead to delays in delivery for which we do not accept responsibility.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes. It is recommended that a work delivery address is provided to ensure that there is someone there to sign for your collection. If the address is unattended the parcel will be taken to the nearest Post Office and a card left to inform the recipient that it is awaiting collection.
Delivery Details
Our collections will be sent through our preferred carrier, Australia Post. A unique tracking system is used whereby parcels are coded and recorded and for this reason need to be signed for upon delivery. This provides you the security of knowing your parcels can be traced in the event of delivery delays.
It is the responsibilty of the customer to inform Three Wishes if your collection has not arrived. We will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post and follow up to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.
While we endeavour to deliver your parcel on time, there are occasionally circumstances beyond our control. Late delivery does not mean a breach in our agreement.
