Our Three Wishes Exclusive Gift Collections contain alcohol and may only be purchased and delivered to persons over the age of 18.
Our stock is ordered in advance and every effort is made to have availability of all items. However, if an item is unavailable we will substitute it with an alternative of equal or greater value.
Some products have been photographed with additional props. Unless listed an item is not included in the collection.
All collections are packaged with utmost care. In the event that a product is delivered damaged or faulty please inform us within 24 hours of delivery and we will be more than happy to replace the item once returned and assessed by us.
Please ensure all delivery details entered are correct. Inaccurate or misspelt information may result in delivery delays. Any re-delivery charges will be passed on to the customer.
Three Wishes will not accept liability for any lost, stolen or damaged articles arising from late delivery or after delivery has taken place.
Delivery charges are not included in the price of the collection. These charges are calculated according to the postcode entered when an order is placed. Refer to the table of information outlining delivery charges for different zones within Australia and outside Australia.
Deposit for Corporate Customers - We require 50% of the total on confirmation of your order from Three Wishes, with the balance owed prior to delivery.
No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays. Delivery time frames are calculated on business days and are intended as a guide only. Three Wishes cannot be responsible for delivery delays beyond our control.
Please contact us for express delivery options. This service is available at an additional charge.
Our collections will be sent through the receipted mail service with our preferred carrier Australia Post. This service provides a unique parcel identification and tracking code which ensures the security of your purchase until collected. It is the customer's responsibility to inform Three Wishes if an order has not been received.
If a residential address is unattended at the time of delivery, a card will be left advising the recipient that the parcel has been taken to the local Post Office for collection.
Cancellations and alterations must be made at least 48 hours before dispatch from our office. Under no circumstances will we accept cancellations once an order has left our premises.
Christmas orders - Please allow extra time for deliveries during the Christmas period. Gift collections need to be ordered before the 14th December to ensure they reach their recipient before Christmas.
