Spicy Bite Tomato Chutney - This chutney has a pronounced spicy flavour, using aromatic spices mixed from the East. It is not as sweet or as thick as other chutneys. Filled with flavour, this aromatic spicy chutney is the perfect accompaniment with curries, cold meats, cheeses and is delightful as a dip for savoury snacks. Also delicious when used to enhance the taste of a gourmet sandwich.

Watermelon Preserve - A traditional South African favourite made by preserving the white flesh of the watermelon. Chunks thinly sliced are a cheerful addition to breakfast served on toast, muffins, scones or pancakes. The drizzled syrup & thinly sliced preserve are delicious over fresh natural yoghurt or ice-cream or as a unique accompaniment to a cheese board at a dinner party.

The Fat Hippo range of products was created by Elizabeth Fraser, a fourth generation South African who is now a proud Australian. She runs a home based business which is located at Peppermint Grove Beach in Capel Western Australia. Elizabeth's recipes were inspired by her love of food and the country she grew up in. Wherever possible her products are made from locally grown produce. They are made the old fashioned way by avoiding the use of artificial flavours, preservatives & colours and are based on the 'secret' recipes given to her by her grandmothers.
