Vassolio Olive Oil - This award winning extra virgin olive oil is pressed from Frantoio, Correggiola and Manzanillo olives. Superbly packaged with it's brilliant blue label, this is an olive oil to remember.

Vassolio Marinated Olives - Made by marinating Manzanillo olives in red wine vinegar with garlic and chilli. These marinated olives would make a delicious addition to any gourmet feast.

About Vassolio

Vassolio products are produced using olives grown on Rendezvous Farm situated at the Northern end of the Margaret River Wine Region in the locality of Vasse. Organic principles are followed in the growing of six different varieties of olives. The olives are hand harvested at optimum ripeness, ensuring that the resulting oil retains a fresh and unique regional flavour. Recent awards acknowledging the premium quality of Vassolio produce include medals at both state and national olive oil shows.
