Taste Margaret River

Taste Margaret River becomes a treasured keepsake for those who have experienced the magic of the Margaret River Wine Region of Western Australia, or a taste of something very special for those who long to.

The concept for the book was developed by restaurant owner Kerry Broom who saw a need to promote the beauty of the region and highlight the excellence of local food & wine. It is a 60 page high gloss publication that features stunning landscape and food photography by Christian Fletcher, a well respected and award winning photographer of Western Australia. The publication includes maps to direct the culinary traveller, as well as recipes to give the reader the chance to replicate some of the outstanding dishes being served in the finest restaurants in and around Margaret River. Taste Margaret River has recently been awarded a Gold Medal in the Media category of the 2006 Western Australian Tourism Awards as well as A Silver Medal in the 2006 PICA Printing Awards.


About the Author

Kerry Broom and her partner Adrian also own and operate Artezen Expresso Bar & Cafe in Dunsborough. This venue offers exceptional coffee and light meals and is open from 7am everyday for their famous breakfast as well as for lunch and dinner Thursday to Saturday. The delightful ambience of Artezen along with it's atmosphere of casual sophistication makes it a popular location for locals and tourists alike.
