2006 Semillon Sauvignon Blanc - A light bodied white wine, pale straw in colour, fresh & tangy with aromas of gooseberry, lemon & passionfruit. Lifted flavours of lime, citrus, white pear & tropical fruit. The wine has good length with a lively crisp & zesty finish.

2005 Cabernet Merlot - A full bodied wine, deep garnet red colour with aromas of blackcurrant, licorice & dark cherry. Lifted flavours of black olive, prune & plum with a touch of cinnamon and elegant silky tannin. The wine has good length and a balanced finish complimented by twelve months in oak barrels.

About Carbunup Crest

The Carbunup Crest vineyard is located on Yelverton Road, Wilyabrup in the Margaret River Region of Western Australia. A small boutique winery owned by the Meares family. This 20 acre vineyard maintains a balanced canopy using the traditional grape production figures of 4.5 tonnes per acre. Carbunup Crest is making it's mark on the industry. Success & acknowledgement have been achieved due to hard work, a loving hand and perserverance.
