About Martin Pavey
Martin Pavey has been crafting the beautiful timbers of the South West for the last 20 years. He learnt this age old craft from his father who nurtured this skill in him from an early age. He works in exquisite native timbers such as Jarrah, Sheoak, Marri and Jarrah Burl which he sources under licence from the region's forest floors. In the last few years he has been concentrating more on carved and embellished artwork. He has previously had work accepted in the prestigious Bunbury Survey Exhibition.
Martin's studio showcases an excellent selection of exquisite timber art and is open by appointment only. His designs are also currently being exhibited at Jahroc Gallery in Margaret River and also the Boranup Gallery on Caves Road in the South West corner of Western Australia.
