Happs Pottery

All Happs Pottery is made and glazed on site at Dunsborough by three full time potters. Each potter creates unique art- they make and glaze each pot and are free to explore their imaginations with techniques and colour. The wide range of glazes are applied in elegant and contemporary patterns. Much of the inspiration for the stunning finishes on Happs Pottery comes from the tranquil gardens surrounding the studio and gallery, as well as the wilderness of the coastline and changing sunsets. From dinner sets to presentation pieces, water fountains and architectural features, Happs Pottery is full of handcrafted items that combine beautiful form with functionality in the home. The pottery is oven safe, microwave safe and dishwasher friendly!

Rectangular Tray - The rectangular tray is a special item which is popular with visitors to Happs. It is designed to be multifunctional. It would be ideal to hold candles, soaps or jewellery; to serve cheese and biscuits, sandwiches or chocolates; even as an impressive way to display business cards on an office desk.

About Happs Pottery

Happs Pottery was established off the current site in 1969 and moved to Commonage Road in the mid seventies. Myles & Jacquie Happ, together with Kim Potter and David Thomson have been filling the shelves with pottery that is used in homes all over the world since 1999. The pottery also adjoins the Happs cellar door where you will find up to 30 wines available for tasting- for free! From the famous sweetie Fuschia, to the well regarded and award winning Merlots, there is something for everyone. The Happs PF White and PF Red are perhaps the best preservative free (no sulphides) wines on the market in Australia.
