They may be plain or patterned with one of the many stunning designs Michelle has created, reflecting elements of beauty from the environment such as the dragonfly, gum leaves, lavender, ocean, vines. Hand dyed fringing or beading can be added to finish the scarves and give them that extra luxurious appeal.

About Michelle Miller

Michelle Miller was born in Western Australia and now lives in it's South West at Cowaramup, near Margaret River with her husband and 3 children. She has a degree in Art Education and this background along with her passion for all forms of artistic expression inspired her to open her studio where she currently works exclusively in the art of silk painting. Her pieces are both 2 & 3 dimensional and range from the purely decorative to the eminently functional. Michelle uses only the finest quality silks and each piece is carefully hand painted, with colours and designs a reflection & celebration of elements of beauty from her environment. Michelle Miller creates stunning effects through her designs- effects that capture the essense of a truly picturesque region in Australia.
